How PersonaMap Works
PersonaMap brings together four established personality systems into a single, integrated profile. The experience is designed to be reflective, structured, and repeatable over time.
The four systems PersonaMap integrates
PersonaMap integrates four complementary systems, each offering a different perspective on how you operate.
They are always explored in the following order:
- •Cognitive Functions
- •Enneagram
- •16 Personality Types
- •Human Design
Why these four systems?
Together they cover the four places personality actually shows up: how you reason, what you value, how you recharge, and the rhythm you were built to keep. Each system was chosen because it reveals something the others miss, and because they cross-reference without contradicting one another.
Each system contributes distinct insight. No single system is treated as complete on its own.
The PersonaMap process
Step 1: Assessment
You complete a structured assessment that gathers information across all four systems.
Step 2: System-level insights
Each system is interpreted independently, using consistent language and neutral framing.
Step 3: Integration
Insights are brought together to identify patterns that emerge across systems rather than within a single framework.
Step 4: PersonaMap Meta-Type
A higher-order pattern is surfaced, reflecting how your cognitive, emotional, and behavioural tendencies interact across contexts. The PersonaMap Meta-Type is the integrated pattern that emerges when these four systems point toward the same underlying way you think, feel, and act.
Using your PersonaMap
PersonaMap is designed to be revisited. Patterns may show up differently depending on context, pressure, or life stage.
The value comes from reflection over time, not from a one-time result.
What this is not
PersonaMap avoids scoring, ranking, or prediction. It does not assign value, capability, or potential.
It is designed for awareness, not evaluation.
